From the moment I entered the hotel until check out everything was absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful; The hotel itself and the room are very clean and comfortable; I can’t speak for all the rooms in the hotel, so my room was small but incredibly comfortable, despite the size, the room had absolutely everything you need. In addition, the space is organized very cleverly, bravo, special respect goes to the owner of the hotel; Also, the hotel has 2 stunning terraces of huge size across the entire width of the hotel; Breakfasts were included and breakfasts were amazing. I mean EVERYTHING that you can imagine for breakfast-you’ll find it; Location of the hotel is also very good. For example, you can walk to the Colosseum in about 10-12 minutes. There are many restaurants, bars and other necessary infrastructure around. Metro station a couple of minutes walk; Without you guys my trip to Rome wouldn’t have been so great and unforgettable! I wish you prosperity and all all all the best! Will definitely come back again Strongest recommendations to anyone looking for a hotel in Rome!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in on this trip through Italy. The room was large, modern and clean with an excellent sized bathroom. It was not a fussy, place, as would be expected as it is run for the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Mary, but it still boasted all the facilities for me and it exceeds other (lay run) hotels that I have stayed at in the area around Roma Termini Station. The staff on the desk were all very helpful, giving directions and advice. The breakfast was excellent. As well as the expected Continental Breakfast choices, that I have enjoyed elsewhere on this holiday, I was very happy to be able to enjoy scrambled eggs and bacon, as well as fruit, yoghurt and toast with peanut butter!

To go to a hotel and be impressed at the standard of cleanliness is rare! The breakfast is varied and covers everything (eggs, cold meats, cereals, yoghurt, drinks, different breads etc.) It's easy to get to, easy walking distance from the Colloseum and 5 mins from VM Metro (exit Dante then down Macchiavelli and it's on the corner.). All the staff were friendly and attentive. Not only would I recommend to friends but I would stay for future trips to Rome. I've stayed at higher starred hotels in the last 12 months in a few countries and not been as impressed.

Simple but clean accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Check-out is at 11 a.m. but they were able to store my luggage and allow the use of a guest lounge. There is a decent breakfast buffet with many options. Reception is staffed 24 hours, just leave the key at the front desk (which is great because I never had to worry about lost or stolen key). Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows - 1 soft and 1 hard. This was perfect. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I like how calm and serene the place was. The location was top and even if it was nearby a main avenue, my room was super quiet and the building was also calm. A much needed time to not be constantly bombarded by the honks of cars and everything else in between.
